COVID-19 Information For Our Patients

Woman In Mask

Horizon Family Medicine continues to work with health authorities in our response to COVID-19 in Alberta.  Horizon  has an obligation to take reasonable steps to ensure our clinic is a safe place for our doctors, staff and patients. In light of the recent provincial changes to health restrictions effective March 1, Horizon will allow discretion in terms of mask use inside the clinic.

As has been the case throughout the pandemic, we are doing our best to appropriately respond to changing protocols in the interests of the health and well-being of all our clinic members.

Please refer to Alberta Health Services for current guidelines.
